I'm currently well basically a single mom, and going to school, and have been trying to find a career where I can stay at home with my son (would be nice right?). I've looked at those online deals, and most of them seem like they are cheesy, fake, a scam, and too damn good to be true which is quite depressing.
I've always loved to bake pies, it's calming, relaxing, and makes me happy. But I was recently in Austin, Texas and went to a few cupcake places that were amazing Hey cupcake! and Sugar Mamas Bakeshop were two that are worth being posted (My top favorite was Hey Cupcake!). If you're ever in Austin definitely stop by and try these! I was inspired by these shops, everyone loves cupcakes and there will always be people buying them. I am going to try and start selling cupcakes, it'll probably take some time to perfect recipes but I think it will be well worth it. Will it be successful? Who knows, probably if I work hard enough! I based my recipe off of this one, but did a lot of changes and additions to make a new recipe. So hopefully I find sucess and cupcakes will be the answer.
